The juice pumper line satisfies power requirements up to 50 watts depending upon the input and output definitions. It can be programmed for all battery types, it is hermetically sealed. and is impervious to pollutants and contaminants. It is available in both plastic and metal enclosures depending upon environmental considerations. The Juice Pumper is available in a standard 110 or 220 V AC input, universal wide range (85 – 264VAC) or as a DC input product. Wireless capability can be added upon request.

Input Transient Protection.
Input power transient protection prevents damage to the charger in the event of high voltage transients. These events are usually caused by inclement weather or heavy machinery on the same power line. The duration of the transient typically exists for tens of microseconds and generate thousands of joules of energy.
Reverse polarity protection
Internal reverse polarity protection circuitry prevents dangerous current flow when the battery is connected in the reverse direction. No external or internal fuses should blow when this occurs since the reverse current is in the milliamp range.
Fully encapsulated and hermetically sealed
The product is fully encapsulated with UL approved thermally conductive and flame retardant 94-V0 material. The encapsulation protects the product from contaminants such as water, dust and humidity. It also provides inherent vibration resistance since the internal components are incapable of movement.
Low standby current
The standby current is very low (see spec sheets for more details). This drain is substantially lower on newer units although still suitable and most applications since the drain only occurs during AC power failure.

The product line provides a versatile platform to provide one of the most configurable charger lines available on the market today. It can be programmed for all battery types and It is easily configured to satisfy almost any applications due to the internal modularity of the product. The APIC line is available in a standard 110 or 220 V AC input, universal wide range (85 – 264VAC) with power factor correction (.99) or a DC input product. Power ranges extend from 500 watts to 800 watts depending upon the input and output definitions. Although the unit is fan cooled, conformal coating protects the PCBs from external contaminants and the fan is temperature controlled. This product has an optional interface board that can transmit and receive an RS-232, and RJ-45 and also Ethernet as explained in the tools section.

With a wide operating temperature range and UL/CSA1236 certification, the LPC product is especially suited for high end industrial applications and severe environments. This product series is versatile, rugged and waterproof. The LPC is factory programmable to accommodate several user defined charging algorithms. An LED display indicates charging and AC/DC status.
